Team Leader

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a progressive financial services company who seek a Team Leader to join their administration department.

As Team Leader you will be assisting the department manager with:

• Operational planning and support
• Ensuring the department are on target with service level agreements
• Regular review of processes and procedures
• Collation, review and reporting of management information
• Employee performance management
• Undertaking appraisals and employee development plans

This is full-time permanent role which is office based Monday - Friday 0900-1700. Location: Winchester. Salary up to £27,000 per year.

Essential requirements

• Educated to Degree Level
• At least one year’s experience working in Financial Insurance or a similar background
• An understanding of the Data Protection Act and FCA Regulations
• General Financial Services experience
• Cert CII preferable

As Team Leader, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, and genuinely enjoy getting the best from your team. You will have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements associated with the Financial Services Industry. In particular the emphasis on Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly and Vulnerable Customer practices
