Team Leader

First Military Recruitment are working directly with a global plastic manufacture who supply some of the largest and well known brand Automotive brands in the world, currently looking for a Team Leader to manage their production team in Sutton Coldfield.

 

The ideal candidate for this Team Leader position will come from a military background, looking to join a business that promote from within, and support you both personally and professionally.

 

Your duties as a Team Leader

·         Managing shift start-up briefs

·         Managing the day-to-day activities of the team

·         Delegating tasks

·         Managing area clean downs once production is completed

·         Upholding communication with operators

·         Manage, motivate, and co-ordinate your team to deliver outstanding performance

·         Solve Problems

·         Escalate any issues to your line manager

 

The ideal Team Leader candidate

·         Has a military background

·         Comfortable managing multiple team members

·         Experience in holding team members accountable

·         Strong administration skills

·         Ability to think ahead and prevent issues arising

·         Salary: £14 per hour, with overtime available
