A rare opportunity has become available for a full-time Team Leader to join the outstanding VWG Contact Centre, part of the Sytner Group, based in Nottingham.

What will the job involve?
• Team training and coaching.
• Department recruitment and onboarding
• Day-to-day supervision and support for the team including managing the rota
• Support and oversee employee relation activities
• Analysis of Dealership and Divisional Reports

The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience within a similar role, good business understanding and commitment to support the operational & commercial performance of the business. As well as being passionate and commanding about performance, the role of the team leader requires a candidate who is well organised and self-disciplined with the ability to prioritise under work pressure, and who has experience using MS Office and bespoke software.

This is an office based full-time role working 40 hours a week
