A leading financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional wealth management solutions to their clients is looking to hire a highly technical Team Leader. With a commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach, our client is expanding their team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as an IFA Administration Team Leader with a focus on operations and technical questions as they already have a Team Leader who is people focused and they need someone to compliment their skill set.

IFA Administration Team Leader Salary is up to £45,000 + Benefits and hybrid working.

As the IFA Administration Team Leader – Technical / Operations Focus, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the administrative operations within an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) team. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, process efficiency, and team performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire a team of IFA Administrators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Streamline and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IFAs to understand client needs and expectations.
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional client service through effective communication and problem resolution.

To be considered:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within financial services administration, preferably in an IFA / Wealth Management environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and systems.
