Team Leader

Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker or a Manager looking for a new opportunity?

I am looking for a Team Leader to provide leadership and support to two supported living homes, based in Exmouth and Torquay.
As a Team Leader, you will have some management experience of small teams, and you might have experience with polices and procedures, CQC, training, rotas and and support plans.
The services support Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism or Mental Health, often requiring some level of personal care. The services are based in fantastic locations, with easy access to the town centre for any hobbies and activities, as well as the sea front! The aim of the services is to encourage independence, whilst keeping individuals safe and providing quality care.

What would we need from you?
- Experience managing a team
- Comfortable with rotas and shift cover
- Happy building relationships
- Participate in an on-call rota when required.
- Driving Licence
- Ideally NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
