Key Responsibilities for the Service Desk Team Leader/Service Delivery Manager:

  • Assist with technical support within the team, working closely with 1st/2nd line tickets and escalating where needed
  • Manage the service desk team
  • Progressing tickets, chasing stale ticket chains
  • Ensure good communication with both customers and staff
  • Meet and exceed SLAs (internal and external)
  • Assist with maintaining the relevant documentation across clients

Skills Required for the Service Desk Team Leader/Service Delivery Manager:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
  • Working in a pressurized environment, handling multiple incoming requests, priorities and requirements.
  • Minimum 2 years working within a MSP
  • Clear and focused attention to detail
  • Experience of working with Network technologies (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Wifi)
  • Experience of working with Microsoft technologies (AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, NPS)
  • Experience in Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Office 365, Entra)
  • You must be within a 45 minute commute from Shoreham-By-Sea.
