Clinical Negligence Team Leader

Salary: DOE

Location: Liverpool/Hybrid (3 days remote working)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically implement plans to achieve my client's priorities within the team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and achievement of performance targets.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Clinical Negligence team.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Medical Negligence issues.
  • Drive team productivity and maintain high-quality case planning.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven leadership experience in a Clinical Negligence team.
  • Successful management of a diverse range of Clinical Negligence claims.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience coaching and supporting team members.
  • Technology literacy to enhance legal services.
