We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client as a Coordinator to work in the Fundraising and Events team. This role will be pivotal in providing support individuals participating in Events. This is a 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding and supporting people via telephone calls and emails, offering guidance and dealing with queries.
  • Identify high-performing Fundraisers, offering personalised support, and developing a pipeline as needed.
  • Follow up with Fundraisers who miss deadlines, providing additional support and motivation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Events, Support, Finance, Social Media, and PR contributing to social media posts and website blogs.
  • Offer assistance to other teams especially in the lead-up to events.
  • Record all communications on the database ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act (GDPR).
  • Attend events if required.
  • Occasional work outside of normal working week may be required

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Events & Sales an advantage.
  • Customer Service experience and good attention to detail required.
  • A strong communicator with excellent administrative skills

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience of working in Fundraising or a charity would be ideal but no essential.
