Seven Social Care is looking for a Team Co-ordinator to fill an exclusive opportunity in Redbridge.

We have opportunities available for up to 12 months and the pay is £17.80 per hour.

The Hiring manager is looking for someone who can work 37 hours a week (various shifts available from Monday to Sunday).

The role:

To assist the Head of Service and the management team to provide a high-quality service, safely, professionally and within agreed or reasonable timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

The post holder will use critical thinking and communication skills to evaluate the performance of a high performing department and work toward improving the service we are able to provide to the community.

Provide executive support to the Heads of Service and management team, this will include assisting with and developing projects.

Provide effective first level communication and liaison service with internal and external stakeholders.

Respond and resolve straightforward enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on or involve others, to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and callers.
