Team Assistant for an Executive Search firm in the West End.  

A London-based search firm is seeking an adaptable and forward-thinking Team Assistant to join their collaborative and diligent team. This role offers a rich variety of responsibilities and demands a proactive individual willing to dive in and tackle challenges. With a strong focus on employees, the company also offers great opportunities for career progression. 

Role: Team Assistant
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE (with OTE up to £50,000)
Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
Location: West End

Responsibilities:
  • Managing diaries and travel arrangements
  • Providing PA support to Partners
  • Assisting with operational tasks, including implementing new systems / processes
  • Helping to produce reports
  • Managing the company's social media presence
  • Inputting data into CRM systems
Requirements:
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Strong desire to learn and understand the business
  • Adaptable and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
