Team Assistant within Marketing and Events upto 40k

A team assistant is required to support the director and team of events and marketing.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining the Marketing database, inputting enquiries, updating contacts and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Organising events including sourcing venues, setting up suppliers, organising catering and entertainment
  • coordinate speakers and logistics
  • processing expenses, raising purchase orders on a P2P system, manage event budgets
  • organise travel and diary management

Chosen candidate will need to have:

  • strong organisation skills
  • proactive team player
  • orgainsed with good communication skills be able to liaise with senior headsand board of directors
  • proven team secretarial experience will be required minimum 3 years
