A Team assistant ideally studied to graduate level is required to work within a corporate finance sector, role is supporting a senior EA with an in house team.

Duties include:

Providing administrative support to the corporate finance team, including managing busy calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.

Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations.

Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Coordinate communication and correspondence within the team and with external stakeholders.

Contribute to the efficient operation of the team by undertaking ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Chosen candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Prior experience in a corporate environment or finance-related role is advantageous.
