Salary: up to £24,000 p.a.

Hours: full time, 35 hours a week, office based

A fantastic opportunity within the Leeds branch of this super friendly, forward
thinking, modern law firm to work as a Team Administrator. You will be working as
part of a small team in a supportive environment. Duties will include:

  • General admin including filing (hard copy and electronic), post, photocopying, and archiving.
  • Reception cover
  • Producing and amending legal, marketing/ business development documentation using track changes and auto numbering
  • Dealing with post completion registrations at the Land Registry

You will be a confident user of MS Office and used to track changes. You will have some previous experience of providing administrative support in a professional office environment and be IT literate with a sound understanding of MS Office.
