We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialism in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) to join our secondary school.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the emotional and mental well-being of young people and have a strong understanding of SEMH needs.

Due to the location of the school, you should ideally drive and have your own transport.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in supporting SEMH in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
