Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs (ASD) on an individual basis
- Assist in the implementation of customised learning plans and necessary accommodations
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere, fostering the academic and social growth of the child
- Work closely with teachers and fellow staff to monitor progress and adjust support strategies as required
- Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers, offering updates on the child's progress and addressing any concerns
Requirements:
- Preferred experience working with children with special educational needs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to impacting young learners' lives positively
- Dedication to ongoing professional development, embracing new strategies and techniques
