Job Description:

Are you passionate about supporting the learning and development of students? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Ealing. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of young learners within our school community.

  • Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their learning.
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.
- Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.
- Promoting positive behavior and a supportive learning environment within the classroom.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative approach to education.
- Supporting the teacher in assessing student progress and providing feedback on their achievements.

  • Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings and with students of varying abilities.
- A willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development as required.
