Teaching Assistant - Cheshire East

Position Overview:

Are you ready to make a real difference? We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our squad. This is not your average gig - it is a chance to make a real impact in a young student's education!

We work with schools across Cheshire East supplying them with Teachers, TAs and Cover, we're always looking for new people to join us and give back to the Education sector!

Our roles are flexible, and on an ad-hoc basis, we work to your availability and aim to keep you busy on the days you want to work. Perfect for recent retirees, parents working around childcare or other part time roles!

Key Responsibilities:

Be the sidekick to your assigned student, ensuring they conquer every learning challenge.

Create a positive classroom vibe that screams "You Can Do It!"

Monitor your student's progress and feedback to the class Teacher/s.

Team up with other teaching staff to build an inclusive and awesome place to learn.

Qualifications and Experience:

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Experience in a similar role within an educational setting is ideal but not necessary.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work in harmony with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Knowledge of special educational needs and a willingness to make the day of every student.
