Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Primary Schools in Doncaster

Contract: Long-term, Full-time

Responsibilities:

???�? Provide tailored support to SEN pupils to help them achieve their full potential

?? Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans

�? Engage pupils in stimulating learning activities both in and out of the classroom

?? Monitor progress and provide feedback to support pupil development

Requirements:

?? Previous experience working with SEN pupils is preferred but not essential

?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

�? Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent

?? Ability to adapt to the varying needs of SEN pupils and work flexibly within a team
