Teaching Assistant

Salary:£95 - £105 Per day
Job Duties:- Supporting classroom activities under the direction of the teacher
- Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities
- Providing one-to-one support to students as needed
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with student assessments and record-keeping
- Supervising students during break times and outings
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:Experience working with children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
- Basic knowledge of educational practises and policies
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification
- Work primarily takes place within a school setting
- May involve some physical activity such as assisting with student mobility
- Standard working hours with occasional requirement for overtime
