Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant | Early Years | Reception | SEN Support | Haringey

We are looking for a teaching assistant (TA) for immediate start at an excellent North London primary school.

The role will involve supporting an autistic child in reception. You will be joining a supportive class with a good team of support staff.

• Long term role to start immediately for at least the rest of the academic year
• Excellent team of teaching assistants with good supportive ethos
• Work under a very strong class teacher who gives brilliant direction
• For an ambitious Teaching Assistant there are lots of opportunity for further roles at the school and career development

This role would suit Teaching Assistants with experience working with Early Years SEN children on a 1:1 basis either in a primary school or nursery setting.

A good knowledge and understanding of autism and how it affects children's learning is also essential.
