Ideal candidates will have prior experience in:
- Supporting young people with special educational needs, particularly in social, emotional, and/or mental health.
- Providing tailored personal development support.
- Conducting interventions to aid academic, behavioural, and social progress.
- Promoting individual pupil progress and well-being.
Applicants must hold GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, along with a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).

A mixed special school serving students from Year 4 to Year 11 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, including diagnoses such as ADHD, ASC, PTSD, PDA, ODD, and Attachment Disorder. Many have experienced disruptions to their education.
