We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about personal growth, sports, and exercise to join our forward-thinking educational provision in Leckwith, Cardiff. This long-term role until the end of the academic year offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ holistic development.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage actively with students during sports and exercise sessions, assisting with drills, organizing activities, and providing encouragement.
• Work closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support, ensuring that every student thrives academically and physically.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, inspiring both students and colleagues.
• Participate in a trial day to experience our vibrant classroom and assess your fit within our team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience or a genuine interest in sports coaching, exercise science, or physical activity.
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
