Your Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the mission to nurture and educate. The modern, well-equipped classrooms provide an ideal learning environment, complemented by ample outdoor space that encourages exploration and enriches the educational journey. For older students, vocational workshops empower them to achieve independence as they transition into adulthood.

Working closely with the dedicated teachers and staff, you'll provide essential support to students with varying needs. Key Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience with SEN/SEMH is desirable but not essential
  • Own transport due to location
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent
