Teaching Assistant – 1-2-1 Secondary School
Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity supporting children with additional needs. This is an opportunity to provide students with the support they need to flourish in the classroom and help them to engage with education.

As a Teaching Assistant you will be providing 1-2-1 classroom support for students with moderate learning difficulties, helping them to engage with lessons and providing academic support. This role requires a Teaching Assistant who has previously worked on a 1-2-1 basis and inspired a love for learning.
Role:
  • Providing 1-2-1 classroom support for a student with additional needs.
  • Understanding a range of special educational needs and supporting those needs.
  • Working with the SENCO to provide tailored assistance for students.
  • Working as part of an experienced team of Teaching Assistants.
  • Delivering 1-2-1 intervention for students who have fallen behind.
