Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, South Yorkshire, Sheffield

Job Type: Permanent, (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Salary: £95 - £105 Per day

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant with a Psychology degree to join our team in Sheffield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of students in a school setting. This is a full-time position offering a competitive daily rate.

Job Duties:
  • Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons
  • Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):
  • Degree in Psychology or related field. 
  • Degree in Education or related field.
  • SEN certificate
Experience:

Previous experience or a strong interest in working with students with SEN is highly desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Personable and approachable
  • Experience or interest in working with students with SEN
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work regular school hours and collaborate closely with the teaching staff to support student learning.
