GSL Education are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for the role of Teaching Assistant - Primary in Manchester. This role is an exceptional opportunity for those who wish to make a significant impact in the early stages of children's education.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
  • Provide support to individual students with their learning, under the direction of the class teacher.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to plan educational activities.
  • Facilitate a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
  • Participate in school meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 weeks experience in UK schools or a UK degree related to education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their academic and personal development.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic classroom environment.
