The Role
An opportunity for someone who has enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and development. Under the direction of the class teacher, you will support students to engage in learning opportunities. Some students will have additional needs and personalised learning plans.

Main Responsibilities
-Follow the direction of the class teacher
-Provide learning support for students with additional needs
-Help prepare learning resources
-Support students to develop self-regulation skills
-Supervise pupils during break/lunch
-Adhere to all school policies and procedures

Essential Criteria/Skills
-Good level of spoken and written English
-Access to a car and a valid driving license
-Ability to work in a team
-Ability to establish trusting relationships

Desirable Criteria
-HLTA qualification
-Prior experience working in a school/college
