Newstaff are looking for passionate and qualified Science Teachers from all science disciplines: Biology, Physics or Chemistry, to join our supply cover team! Supply cover Science Teachers will work in schools across Milton Keynes covering in daily, weekly supply assignments with the opportunity to take longer term or temp to perm roles.

Essential requirement:

• Qualified with Batchelors Degree in Education or a Science discipline and must have QTS.
• Have experience teaching Sciences across all secondary year groups, including GCSE;
• Previous experience working in a UK school or educational setting.
• Able to manage classroom behaviour.
• Experience in delivering, and where needed plan, effective Science lessons that align with the curriculum.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies to engage students.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Stay updated on current educational trends and best practices in Science Teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work Monday to Friday
