Teacher of Health and Social Care
Your new company
We are looking for a qualified Teacher of Health and Social Care or someone with relevant experience to join a secondary school on a temporary basis from April to July 2024. For this job, the successful candidate will be required to work full-time from Monday to Friday and will be responsible for teaching students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
Your new role
- Plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons in Health and Social Care to students across all key stages- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their full potential
- Work collaboratively with other teachers in the department to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum
- Participate in school events and activities as required
What you'll need to succeed
- A qualified Teacher of Health and Social Care or relevant experience- Enhanced DBS on the update service (if you don't have one, we can support you in getting one)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for teaching and ability to inspire and motivate students
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for students
