We are pleased to be supporting a leading independent firm of accountants in Sheffield as they look to attract a private client tax specialist who will take on an advisory focused role within the firm.

Your role will involve providing high-level strategic tax advice and guidance to individuals, families, and sometimes businesses with complex financial situations.

This role would suit a CTA qualified individual, perhaps with the ambition to work towards becoming an equity partner in the future.

  • Strategic Tax Planning: Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while optimizing their overall financial position. This may involve estate planning, succession planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection strategies.

This may involve researching complex tax issues, interpreting tax legislation, and providing guidance on compliance requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals, concerns, and preferences, and providing tailored tax advice to meet their needs.
