Tax Manager

Your new company
We are seeking a Tax Manager for a highly reputable Accountancy Practice based in West Wales. This role will be a regional role and can be based across one of many offices in the region. You will be sitting as a number two in Tax and looking to deliver advice across the practice clientele.

Your new role

• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within specified timeframes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent tax planning, consulting, and expertise.
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.
• Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance.
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance processes.
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits.
• Maintain tax balances on the general ledger.
• Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle information data requests.
