Tax Manager

I am currently supporting a 3 Partner Firm in Suffolk that is seeking a driven and ambitious Tax Manager to join their team and embark on an exciting journey of growth and development. This Tax Manager position will give you the opportunity to learn from an industry expert and take over a portfolio of personal clients that includes high net worth individuals, non-resident individuals and Trustees. Paying a salary in the range of £35,000 - £60,000 depending upon the existing experience of the individual - as this is a role that someone can grow and develop into.

The Firm itself has built a reputation of being trusted advisors in the local community and this Tax Manager role is ideal for someone who is passionate about personal tax and eager to broaden their expertise.

As a Tax Manager you will have the opportunity to provide tax strategic tax advice and compliance and key responisbilities will be:

• Capital Gains Tax advice.
• CGT on UK property returns.
• Inheritance Tax.
• Trusts, including the trust registration service.
• Statutory Residence Test reviews and tax returns for non resident individuals.
• Supervising and reviewing the work of less senior members of the team.
• Preparation and review of Self Assessment Tax Returns
• Property Income

The successful Tax Manager will be a minimum of ATT qualified and have at least 3 years expereince within a Practice.
