Tax Manager, Leicestershire or Fully remote 6 month FTC

An exciting opportunity working for a large PLC has arisen for a Corporate Tax Manager to join the tax team for 6 months. To ensure a smooth handover with the outgoing Tax Manager and year end cover, the business are keen to hire an interim to have some time before recruiting on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pro-actively manage the outsource providers in their preparation and submission of group corporation tax and partnership income tax returns
• Review, challenge and oversight of annual corporation interest restriction return (preparation outsourced).
• Prepare current and deferred tax provisions for statutory financial statements accounts, including all disclosures
• Calculate transfer pricing adjustments for inclusion in tax returns and ensure TP compliance with policies
• Answer any queries and correspondence from HMRC

You will need to have a strong UK tax background and happy to be hands on with compliance and reporting. The role would ideally be based in Leicestershire however, due to the location, they are open to candidates working fully remotely. Please apply now for more information.
