This is an exciting new opportunity for a Tax Director/Partner which offers equity prospects (if desired) in the medium term. The team are widely geographically spread and work very effectively on a flexible hybrid basis, so there is only an expectation to attend one of their offices once a fortnight (or more if preferred).

They're keen to talk to candidates who value delivering quality tax advice, developing a team and managing client relationships. They have a well-established Business Development Team, so there is less of a requirement for these skills. The role has been created as both a need for succession to one of the partners and because of organic growth. Client base is predominantly high-value owner managed businesses.

The firm has an impressive growth record which they're looking to build on. They have a young, energised Partner group who have a modern approach and are hugely flexible with the team. It's an exciting time to join and become part of their journey!
