TalentEdge are currently exclusively representing an International AdTech organisation on the hiring of a Tax Associate position. Having supported the business from when they were a startup, we are delighted to be partnering again on this newly created vacancy. 

This role would suit an individual who is looking to make to move from practice, with relevant ACA/CTA qualifications, and join a best in class finance function in an incredibly exciting organisation. 

Tax Provisions

• Prepare tax provisions and business partner with finance team to update accounts
• End of year balancing adjustments
• Monitoring and reviewing corporate tax P&L. Supporting and reviewing international teams work. 

Tax Compliance

• Coordinate advisors and local  teams to ensure tax returns are prepared and submitted on time
• Assist with group tax technical questions 
• Monitoring and reviewing corporate tax P&L and Balance Sheet ledgers 
• Work with our tax auditors during the audit process
• Supporting advisors to maximise our R&D process

Other Responsibilities

• Assisting with expansion and M&A projects
• Assist with ad hoc advisory tax queries
• Assisting with IFRS conversion from a tax perspective

Ideal Candidate

• Top 10 trained, CTA/ACA qualified
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, problem-solve and prioritise workload
