We are advertising on behalf of our client a highly respected local, independent practice for a Tax and Trust manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business who cares about its employees and has enjoyed a period of sustained growth.

The Role-

A fee earner to manage current Trusts as well as assisting in expanding this area. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating Trusts and settlements, as well as managing Trusts on behalf of the Trustees including experience with Tax relating to Trusts, completion of Trust Tax returns, Preparation of legal documents relating to Trusts, preparation of accounts, liaising with investment providers as well as the termination of Trusts. For the right candidate, this role could also include taking on Wills, LPA’s and Probate matters.

Position based in their Plymouth office (hybrid considered), full-time or part-time considered.

This position would suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or a non-qualified with direct experience.
