Talent & Resourcing Team Leader

Are you an experienced Talent & Resourcing Team Leader ready to move into a long term contract for a minimum of 18 months for this charitable organisation, based in Birmingham.

Up to £45k.

1 Day a week in Birmingham

As Talent & Resourcing Team Leader, managing a small team you will ensure an inclusive attraction and recruitment strategy is consistently applied across the roles, and looking to continually develop selection criteria and processes. You will develop proactive approaches to market across this National remit. Volume of roles can fluctuate between 50-100, to be managed across the team. You will also develop assessment centres and assessment centre materials.

As an experienced Talent Acquisition professional you will have managed a small team and be able to demonstrate application of inclusive recruitment approaches, improvement of processes in a changing environment.
