We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a forward thinking firm, in finding them an experienced and passionate HR professional for their fantastic HR team.

The Talent Manager will ensure the associates are being developed to their full potential. The role predominately manages the firm’s performance review processes, along with resource management, capacity planning and reporting, and day-to-day business partnering. You will be involved in key global projects and lead on the local Associate talent development programme for the firm.

Role summary:

  • HR Business Partner to the associate, covering most HR BP elements apart from salary review/compensation and benefits.
  • Associate career development and performance management
  • Lead on talent management initiatives
  • Champion the firms DE&I strategy
  • Manage associates workforce planning in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Manage and facilitate client secondments
  • Project manage any global initiatives to be rolled out across respective practice areas

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and come from a legal background. You will be experienced in dealing with fee earners within a partnership environment and have excellent drafting and communication skills.
