I am working with a reputable organisation who are looking for a Talent Advisor to join their team. This is a really exciting time to join the business and you will be working as part of an energetic and fast paced team leading on all in house recruitment. Reporting into the Talent Manager your role will be operational and recruiting a mixture or permanent and casual roles.

More about the role...

- Going out into the wider business understanding recruitment needs
- Working closely with Managers supporting with all aspects of the interview & hiring process
- Sourcing and headhunting
- Identifying suitable routes to market
- Creating stand out job adverts
- Assisting with implementing the new ATS system
- Streamline and help to improve the recruitment process alongside the Talent Manager
- Other adhoc duties to support the wider HR/Recruitment function
