Talent Acquistion Specialist, up to £60,000, UK Property Estate Agents for Dubai Expansion, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with strong option to extend and relocate to Dubai, Weybridge (Hybrid working included i.e. 2 days a week in the office)

Are you a dynamic and ambitious recruiter looking for a groundbreaking opportunity to shape the expansion of our client’s business? We're seeking a talented Internal Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment efforts for UK-based property estate agents eager to embark on an exciting journey in Dubai.

The Business: This company isa leading real estate firm, poised for exponential growth in the vibrant market of Dubai. With a track record of excellence and a commitment to innovation, they are set to revolutionize the property landscape in the region.

The Role:

As our first Internal Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in building a team of property estate agents. You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent from both the UK and Dubai region, ensuring they are primed and ready to thrive in the dynamic environment of Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract both UK and Dubai based property estate agents to join the new Dubai property team.

Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability and alignment with our business objectives.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ideal Experience/What’s in your DNA?

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the real estate or property sector.

Familiarity with the UK property market and an understanding of the factors motivating agents to relocate to Dubai.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
