What you will be doing

  • Sourcing and securing the best talent to achieve company growth plans
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience and implementing initiatives to ensure all touchpoints in the recruitment process positively contribute towards this for all candidates irrespective of outcome
  • Building and managing strong professional working relationships with hiring managers to fully understand and meet their current and future hiring needs and enabling them to make great hiring decisions
  • Acting as a brand ambassador by actively promoting and representing the Company brand and telling our story through social media, networking and events
  • Advertising roles on external job boards, LinkedIn, other appropriate channels and liaising with our marketing consultant to ensure job adverts and brand awareness is compelling and engaging to generate desired results
  • Leading and delivering on graduate attraction strategies to ensure annual quotas are met for trainee recruitment consultant hires
  • Directly sourcing candidates and building active and passive talent pipelines through multiple innovative attraction channels and strategies to ensure the continued flow of exceptional talent and to minimise the use of external recruitment agencies
  • Mapping the healthcare recruitment marketplace, analysing competitor insights and industry trends to develop specialist knowledge, expertise and identification of new approaches to attract talent
  • Negotiating offers of employment, fully explaining compensation packages and Company benefits to hires and explaining the on-boarding process to facilitate continued positive employee experience
  • Completing timely HR administration for offers of employment, contracts and employee onboarding
  • Accurately tracking and reporting talent acquisition data, for analysis to influence, challenge or drive ongoing improvements and efficiencies
  • Undertaking new starter welcome orientations and inductions
  • Championing diversity, equality and inclusion

What you will bring

  • Excellent resourcing/recruiting skills with prior talent acquisition or recruitment experience
  • Preferably knowledge of the healthcare recruitment market place
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to use data to influence and challenge as appropriate
  • Knowledge of how to act as a brand ambassador by actively promoting and representing a Company brand and telling its story through social media, networking and events
  • Experience and passion for creating and delivering exceptional customer experience i.e. for potential employees and hiring managers
  • Motivation, tenacity and commitment to work smart to achieve target hires and deadlines
  • Confident communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strategic planning and market research skills
  • Excellent time management, organisation, prioritisation and administration skills
  • Proficient written communication, report writing and data analysis skills
  • Competent user of IT, including Microsoft outlook, excel and word
  • Solutions focus and positivity when faced with rejection or objections

Role

Full time permanent, based at our central London office in Holborn.
