My client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 12 - 18 month fixed term contract. The role will be both operational as well as strategic and will need someone experienced in a similar kind of role previously. This is a new opportunity due to diversifying into a new market.

The role will include:

  • Building relationships with Senior Managers to develop an understanding of the business and set clear expectations for recruitment
  • Sourcing applicants through various channels
  • Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events to find new candidates
  • Maintaining and updating records for recruitment including interview notes and paperwork
  • Planning interview and selection procedures, including pre screen and interviews
  • Assessing candidate information including V and covering letters, using ATS
  • Assisting with employer branding initiatives
  • Using various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates
  • Ensuring onboarding is completed accurately
  • Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline onboarding
  • Producing new strategies to expand candidate pool and build on this
  • Building sourcing strategy and engaging passive candidates
  • Increasing candidates experience
  • Devising and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipeline
  • Developing and early years plan
  • Developing and tracking metrics for recruitment and onboarding
  • Identifying talent needs across the business
  • Reviewing job descriptions and understanding roles within the business

On Offer:

  • £65k - £75k DOE
  • 12 - 18 month Fixed Term Contract
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
