As part of Quanteam Group, Quanteam UK (based in London) counts more than 80 consultants, delivering our expertise to major Financial institutions.

We bring business advice through quantitative, risk, front office and organizational experience as well as IT expertise, across all business lines.

In order to provide the best consultants to our clients, the TAM (Talent Acquisition Management) team of Quanteam UK is actively working in close collaboration with the BM (Business Management) team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be fully involved in the recruitment of Quanteam’s consultants, who will then carry out various projects with our clients.

You will be in charge of every steps of the consultants’ recruitment process, in close collaboration with

our BM team, with responsibilities as per below:

  • Understanding and qualification of the requirements, briefed by the BM
  • Sourcing and headhunting of the candidates, always thinking of the best and most efficient channels, which requires creativity and innovation
  • Qualifying candidates through phone calls
  • Leading face to face interviews to assess the candidates, in partnership with the BM
  • Following and coaching of the candidates until final stage of the recruitment process (placement)

Alongside with the above activity, you will also be expected to build a strong and reliable pool of talents, in order to develop market intelligence and increase the rapidity of response to our clients’live requirements.

PROFILE

  • A first experience in recruitment, ideally within the financial or IT industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (confidence to drive phone calls and interviews with both Junior & Senior professionals)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which requires organisation, resilience, and responsiveness
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong appetite to learn and develop skills around the Financial Markets industry
  • Fluent in English
