Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Real Estate Recruitment Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive recruitment strategies and foster talent acquisition within one of the leading real estate firms in the United Kingdom. 

The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in sourcing and recruiting for our Commercial divisions, directly impacting the growth and success of our commercial real estate portfolio. The role demands a proactive and strategic individual with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate talent market, capable of identifying and attracting professionals within a competitive landscape.

This position requires strong collaboration skills, as the successful applicant will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers across the firm to understand specific talent needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of our Commercial Real Estate division. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline. 

• Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and develop precise recruitment strategies. 

• Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates, including social media, networking events, and databases. 

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 

• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies. 

• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the firm and attract potential candidates. 

• Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Skills

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role within the Commercial Real Estate sector. 

• A solid understanding of the commercial real estate market and its key players. 

• Strong networking capabilities and extensive experience using social media and other platforms for recruitment purposes. 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong

relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. 

• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
