Job Description

Our client, a leading global beverages firm, has a brand new contract position for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the global team on a 6-month interim basis.

This opportunity has been created to support the Head of Talent Engagement with an exciting programme of upcoming hires across all core business functions (Marketing and Commercial, in particular), which arrives as part of our client’s continuous expansion into European markets.

This position:

  • Is fully remote
  • Has an immediate start (you’ll need to be available within 4 weeks)
  • Offers £280-£308 per day (inside IR35)
  • Involves one, possibly two, interview stages
  • Requires either French or German language fluency

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Work closely with the director/managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Manage the selection process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback from hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data.

Key Requirements

  • Strong background within a corporate in-house recruitment team. Experience in FMCG, Retail or Luxury business would be an advantage.
  • Either French or German language capability is essential.
  • Experience of operating in an international matrixed organisation, managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region and championing diverse shortlists of candidates in a fast-paced environment would also be an ideal requirement.
  • The preferred candidate will have exceptional consultative skills and be able to influence action and change with stakeholders as well as an ability to listen but also persuasively convey opinions and recommendations.
