Tailor-made Worldwide Travel Consultant - London - £30-40k basic

My client a successful UK Travel Company are looking for a Tailor-made Travel Consultant to join their friendly team of experienced Travel Consultants. They are expanding their team of Travel Consultants due to an upturn in business in their Worldwide Travel department.

Tailor-made Worldwide Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel assistance

- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities

- Research and recommend destinations, hotels, and attractions based on client preferences and budget

- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and changes in regulations or requirements

- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel bookings

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings

Tailor-made Worldwide Travel Consultant Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant is essential;

- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel booking platforms

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Proficient in using a major GDS such Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre and online travel booking tools

- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and provide creative solutions for clients' travel needs
