Systems Support Analyst - About the role

As System Support Analyst, you will join the system development team where the focus is to maintain, design, develop and test software to enhance the functionality of business applications.

Systems Support Analyst - About the role

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.

Delivering good outcomes for customers and putting the customer’s interests first.

Ensure the customer understands what we sell and support the customer in anyway you can.

Monitor and maintain the key business applications most notably Open GI.

Designing and developing software enhancements.

Engage in development projects with other departments and stakeholders.

Documenting system developments and processes.

Providing technical support on the applications.

Systems Support Analyst - Key requirements

Relevant experience in a similar role

Experience working in an insurance environment would be a plus

You must be open and cooperative with the FCA, the PRA and other regulators.

Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent timekeeping and presentation of self & work.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Articulate & Numerate.

Analytical and ability to solve problems.

Excellent attention to detail.
