Systems Product Owner

My client is changing the way the world of debt recovery works, from litigation through to court order enforcement.

Due to ongoing success and growth, the business is hiring an experienced Systems Product Owner.

This role holds various responsibilities to include:

- Collaborating with the client services team to facilitate the onboarding of new clients onto the Caseflow system.

- Manage the onboarding process for client files, overseeing the efficient and secure transfer of data into the Caseflow system.

- Coordinate the release of files within the Caseflow system, ensuring adherence to release schedules and client requirements.

- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to configure and customise the Caseflow system based on business specifications.

- Perform comprehensive error checks on case data and configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.

- Manage the production of export files from the Caseflow system, ensuring data integrity and adherence to client specifications.

- Work collaboratively with the BI team to ensure that data is stored and defined sufficiently in the Caseflow system.

- Define and implement data storage standards to support the generation of accurate and timely reports as required.

As I am sure the job responsibilities make clear, this role is very much working with Caseflow within systems configuration and management.

You will need proven experience in system operations and data management and be familiar with system configuration and customisation.
