We are now looking for a Systems Engineer join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.

The Role
As a Systems Engineer, you will provide high quality system commissioning and support services to our own enterprise and public sector customers.
You will configure, commission, maintain, optimise and migrate our customers’ network-based video surveillance systems, ensuring optimum performance and reliability.
Supported by technical colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the fast-paced field of network-based video technologies, cloud CCTV, hybrid systems and AI-driven video analytics.
Additionally, you will:
- Liaise with customers and build strong rapports
- Handle tickets, providing support via remote login and by telephone
- Remotely diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating issues
- Fault-find, product-test, problem-resolve and troubleshoot
- Manage customer onboarding and regular system checks
About You
To be considered as a Systems Engineer, you will need:
- Experience in IT engineering, including working with IP networking and Windows OS
- Experience in customer service
- Organisation and communication skills
- A degree (or equivalent) or an HND qualification in an IT-related discipline
Experience with Milestone Systems video management solutions would also be beneficial to your application.
