Systems & Database Analyst: 12-month FTC

Opportunity to join a rapidly growing FMCG business as a Systems & Database Analyst

• Opportunity to join the Finance team as a Systems Database Analyst

The role:

• A Systems Database Analyst within the finance team, reporting into the UK Business Operations Manager

• Manage internal Sage system, own the setup and maintenance of data including products, new customers, prices and analysis codes
• Responsible for EDI Support tickets, working closely with internal customer service teams to resolve any issues

• Maintain all excel templates including new line forms and customer price templates
• Project manage SAGE upgrades, EDI and CRM rollout for the business
• Support the roll out of Microsoft BI to improve internal efficiencies
• Ensure best practices across the business in terms of IT usage

Ideal candidate:

• Strong IT knowledge including excellent excel skills, ideally prior knowledge of ERP or EDI internal systems
• Understanding of EDI or ERP systems and processes would be highly beneficial
• You may be a graduate looking to forge and develop a career in finance/IT in a growing FMCG business
• You may currently be in a systems administration or customer service led role and be looking to evolve your career
• This role is very operational and so you must be data & systems savvy but also a great internal communicator and able to be creative in an entrepreneurial business
• High attention to detail & adaptable

Benefits & details:

• Up to £28,000 basic

• Office-based in Manchester with flexible working
